1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "9n9m," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 9n9m online betting platform operated under international gaming license and accessible at https://9n9m.cam.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses 9n9m's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal betting account created by a user after completing registration and verification procedures.
• "Services" refers to all online betting, gaming, and related services provided by 9n9m, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesian numbers lottery), and sabung ayam (cockfighting betting).
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a user into their 9n9m account via approved payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri bank transfers, or e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, and GoPay.
• "Withdrawal" refers to funds transferred from a user's 9n9m account balance to their registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives offered by 9n9m subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process requiring users to submit valid Indonesian identification (KTP) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use 9n9m's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement complies with Indonesian regulations and international responsible gaming standards.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification card (KTP).
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account with 9n9m, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Choose a strong, secure password and maintain its confidentiality. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• Complete KYC verification by submitting clear copies of your Indonesian ID (KTP) and any additional documents requested by 9n9m within 30 days of registration.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 9n9m will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our customer support team immediately at [email protected]. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when available to enhance account security.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Approved Payment Methods

9n9m accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion, if necessary, will be handled at prevailing exchange rates with any applicable fees disclosed prior to transaction completion.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers; Rp 20,000 for e-wallets.
• Maximum Deposit: Varies by payment method, typically up to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction for major banks.
• Processing Time: Bank transfers during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM WIB) are typically processed within 5-15 minutes. Off-hour deposits may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are usually instant.
• Deposited funds must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.
• 9n9m reserves the right to refuse deposits from payment sources we deem suspicious or high-risk.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals to verified Indonesian bank accounts are processed within 1-24 hours after approval. E-wallet withdrawals typically take 1-6 hours.
• All withdrawals require prior completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawals may be subject to additional security checks and may take up to 72 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your 9n9m account.
• If you have claimed a bonus, you must complete all associated wagering requirements before withdrawal requests will be processed. See Section 4 (Bonuses & Promotions) for details.
• 9n9m reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced verification for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 or when fraud is suspected.
• Standard withdrawal fees: None for the first 3 withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a 2% processing fee, capped at Rp 50,000.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

9n9m complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity. You may be required to provide proof of income source for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Accounts involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

9n9m offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional material. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated requirements.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before winnings can be withdrawn. Common wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 10x wagering requires Rp 1,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted.

• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack and roulette may contribute 10-20%. Sports bets usually contribute 100% if odds are above 1.50.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet per spin/hand/match is typically Rp 25,000 unless otherwise stated. Exceeding this limit may void bonus winnings.
• Expiration: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements typically expire 30 days after issuance. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited after expiration.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

9n9m reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we detect abuse or fraudulent patterns, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, betting on opposing outcomes with bonus funds, exploiting game malfunctions, or coordinating with other users. Bonus abuse may result in permanent account closure.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions During Active Bonuses

If you have an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements and request a withdrawal, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Only your original deposit balance (minus any bets already placed) will be available for withdrawal.

5. Betting Rules & Game-Specific Terms

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the official rules of the respective sports governing bodies (FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball, etc.) and 9n9m's specific betting rules:

• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports authority. Results from unofficial sources or third-party statistics websites are not binding.
• Match Postponement: If a match is postponed or rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid. If postponement exceeds 48 hours, all bets are void and stakes refunded.
• Abandoned Matches: If a match is abandoned before completion, bets are typically void unless the market has already been determined (e.g., First Goal Scorer has been settled).
• Minimum Odds for Bonuses: When using bonus funds, sports bets must have minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) to count toward wagering requirements.

5.2 Casino Games & Slots

All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested by independent agencies such as eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI. Game outcomes are provably fair and cannot be manipulated by players or 9n9m.

• RTP (Return to Player): Each game displays its theoretical RTP percentage in the game information screen. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee individual session results.
• Malfunction Voids All Plays: In the rare event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void, and stakes are refunded.
• Maximum Wins: Some games have maximum win caps (e.g., 10,000x bet amount). Check individual game rules before playing.

5.3 Togel (Indonesian Lottery)

9n9m offers togel betting on international lottery draws including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), and Togel Macau. Bets are settled based on official draw results published by the respective lottery authorities. Draw times and bet types (4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Shio, etc.) are specified in each market. Late bets placed after the official cut-off time are void.

5.4 Sabung Ayam (Cockfighting)

9n9m streams live sabung ayam matches from licensed arenas in the Philippines (S128) and Thailand (SV388). Bets are settled based on official match results as declared by the arena. In the rare event of a draw or no-contest, stakes are refunded. Bet types include Meron vs Wala, BDD (Bet Depan Doel), and Draw.

6. Responsible Gaming Obligations

9n9m is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling addiction. We provide the following tools to help you maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month. Once reached, you cannot place further bets until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Limit your playing time per session (30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, etc.). After expiration, you will be automatically logged out for 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up reminders showing how long you've been playing and your current win/loss status.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Options range from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms to guarantee profit.
• Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or third-party payment sources.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to mask your location or bypass geographical restrictions.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt 9n9m's systems or games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other users.
• Money laundering or using 9n9m for any illegal financial activity.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (deposits and winnings), and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

9n9m's services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Technical issues, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party service failures may occasionally occur.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9n9m, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or expected winnings.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions.
• Damages caused by technical failures, game malfunctions, or network interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Losses incurred due to reliance on third-party information or unofficial statistics.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

8.3 Force Majeure

9n9m shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party payment processors.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by 9n9m

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You engage in prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration.
• We receive requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Your account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months.

If your account is suspended for violation of these Terms, all bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activities will be forfeited. Your original deposit balance (minus any legitimate bets placed) may be returned at 9n9m's sole discretion after investigation.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to completion of wagering requirements if bonuses are active). Accounts closed voluntarily can be reopened within 6 months; after that, a new registration is required.

9.3 Inactive Account Policy

If your account remains inactive (no deposits, withdrawals, or bets) for 12 consecutive months, we may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 deducted from your account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be permanently closed. You will receive email notification 30 days before the first fee is charged.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of 9n9m's services, please follow this procedure:

2. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide an initial response within 5 business days.

4. Senior management will review escalated complaints and provide a final response within 30 days.

10.2 Arbitration Agreement

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached through our internal complaints procedure, you agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of 9n9m's services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. Each party shall bear its own costs, with the arbitrator's fees split equally.

10.3 Waiver of Class Actions

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 9n9m.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 9n9m's gaming license is issued. However, where applicable, Indonesian consumer protection laws and regulations regarding online gambling shall also apply to Indonesian residents.

By using 9n9m's services, you acknowledge that online gambling operates in a legal grey area in Indonesia. The Indonesian Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates the internet and does not explicitly address offshore online betting platforms. You represent that you have sought independent legal advice if necessary and accept full responsibility for compliance with Indonesian laws.

Your continued use of 9n9m's services after amendments constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using our services and close your account.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 9n9m regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
